"Managing Partner"

We are invested in one deal with Arrowpoint Properties. Arrowpoint identified and capitalized on the opportunity to complete the renovation programme ahead of schedule which will benefit the deal in the longer term. The reporting is transparent and clear with the sponsor providing regular income statements and balance sheet disclosing all financing data. About two years into the deal there's a slight outperformance of the projected returns, the communication with investors has been sound.

I had a great experience investing in ArrowPoint. One of my investments in Arrowpoint has gone through the full cycle. Here is my summary from that full cycle: 1. Invested in 2019. Exited in 2022. Appleton Square in Methuen, MA 2. Financial performance significantly above the pro forma, even through the unexpected pandemic. 3. Execution of renovation and value-add plan is great. The original plan was quite conservative. 4. Great communication in regular cadence, keeping me updated on the progress. 5. No delay in annual K-1 . Overall the team at Arrowpoint has done a great job in delivering results for me. I have invested over dozens of sponsors. Arrowpoint is one of the top performers.
